WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange it within 7 days. 

Please email us at notre2019@gmail.com or contact us on 0412708656 within 7 days of receipt quoting the original order number and your reason for returning the item. 
You will be allocated a Return Authorisation Number which you must record on the outside of the parcel that you are returning to us. 

Parcels that are returned to Notre A Life Less Ordinary remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you retain proof of postage and that you clearly label your parcel as a return.

The returned item must be in new, unused, unmarked, saleable condition and in the original packaging. Any postage/shipping charges for the return of the item must be paid by you. 

With respect to damaged items, should you consider an item flawed or damaged upon delivery please contact us as soon as you receive it to discuss a return or replacement. Please note that some items including clearance and sale items cannot be returned, replaced or refunded.
